Let’s just say that I don’t trust STRS, or OEA.
If you are doing things right and taking good care of the people you are working for, you don’t need to spend lots of money to sell yourself. Your actions and deeds will speak for you.
If OEA and STRS are spending a ton of money to convince you how lucky you are, it means they can’t rely on their actions to speak for them.
Good products sell themselves.
It takes a salesman to convince you that manure smells nice.
