Dr. Dennis Leone is sworn in as new Board member at STRS 09/15/2005

As his wife, Nikki, looks on and retiree Jake Frowine holds the Bible, Dennis Leone takes the oath of office as a new Board member of STRS with the assistance of his daughter, Lindsay. Age 25 and a first year teacher, Lindsay recently made her first contribution to STRS. Jake, who is 95, made his first STRS contribution in 1928; he also carried petitions for Dennis to four counties during the 2005 election campaign. Congratulations, Dr. Leone!
