Hello Damon,

CORE would like to thank Joyce Baldwin for taking care of all of the details in having the Sublett room prepared and ready for our meeting and interview process of candidates on the 19th. In addition, she had Matt set up mikes and he was on hand to monitor ours needs throughout the meeting. Everything was done very professionally.

Due to the efforts of your staff on our behalf, CORE's meetings in the Sublett room came off very professionally and we were so happy that it did, as our needs for that meeting changed almost daily, as we came closer to that date.

CORE members have found Joyce Baldwin and Eileen Boles to always be so supportive of our efforts and feel sorry we cannot express our gratitude with any gifts, as we know that is against policy. Are flowers even forbidden? Their smiling faces and desire to help us have never been in question and we are most grateful for such.

So, please express our gratitude to everyone that made that possible, as we did not have a chance to thank those who prepared the room for us.
