Once again, I appreciate the information, but rest assured, just as with Chapman, I am well-aware of approaching filing deadlines. My office has been working diligently to wrap up this investigation so as to meet said deadlines in the event charges are deemed appropriate. Unfortunately, not all aspects of an investigation are under our direct control and there have been some unavoidable delays along the way. Nonetheless, as pertains to the Board Members, the investigation portion is now complete and decisions are being made this week.

Hazel & Jack have been charged. . . what about the others???????
