John, congratulations on your election to a higher office. I have appreciated knowing you and what you have done to help STRS and retired teachers.

In the waning days of your service in the Ohio Legislature, if you have not resigned yet, please do what you can to STOP this HB 700 from Mr. Blaisdel that will SEVERELY impact our STRS. It is bad enough that we now have less active teachers paying into STRS, this bill would undermine the state men who established the STRS so many long years ago. It would allow teachers to put there retirement money into the stock market instead of STRS. This would enrich the brokers but would also cut down on the income to STRS and severely impact their services.
