Will ORTA meet, negotiate with anyone in our behalf?

I have taken your e-mail messages of the last two days to heart, urging CORE members via e-mail and my blog to contact their legislators in opposition to HB 151. One member wrote back today:

All well and good -- but besides asking US to contact ORSC and our legislators and Shannon Jones and her fellow legislators, is ORTA going to meet with anyone? Negotiate in our behalf with anyone? I really hope so.

How shall I respond? I promised this person I would try to get some answers.
