Dear Ms. Knoesel:

In my last e-mail to you, I posed a question for the second time. I shall now ask it again. Did STRS ever get full reimbursement for the upfront costs paid to Advance/Caremark for Medicare B meds and supplies that retirees ordered. I know little of the costs of some of the other supplies, but I know that with what Medicare B covers and what the retiree paid for diabetic supplies was the complete cost and more. Since you say that all members received reimbursement (I think not), did STRS get reimbursed from CareMark after Medicare paid CareMark?
