One would hope that our STRS OH would attempt to get part of these settlements. And let the membership know the amount of such rewards.

Subject: Want to know what the Ohio Attorney General's Office has been up to?
The office of the Ohio AG has been in turmoil for the first part of last year but....a lot of good has also been coming from that very same office. The following is a compilation of settlements that benefitted Ohioans during 2008. There were other settlements but, listed below are the ones that involve pharmaceutical manufacturers or pharmacy benefits managers. Kudos go to the Ohio AG's office and all who helped in protecting Ohioans against being fleeced! Following each link below is a brief summary of each settlement....for more detail, click on that link to see an official press release of the respective settlement.
