Kathie Bracy to STRS Board on bonus vote: Don't pile it higher and deeper

Subject: Bonus vote

To the STRS Board:

If you do indeed take a vote on the bonuses this Friday, please don't pile it higher and deeper! Do the RIGHT THING for the STRS membership: vote down those bonuses and put the issue to rest once and for all. It is your legal, ethical and moral obligation to do so (see ORC 3307.15), not to mention you'll sleep better and you'll be able to look us in the eye.
