Just what are those "pre-existing conditions?" that insurance companies may use to weasel out of the coverage...

...that they won't be able to much longer thanks to the Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act (whew!) that was passed yesterday? I know, if you are in a group policy you don't have to worry but not all Americans are educators in a public school system (or state retirement system for educators) that, by law, cannot exclude those with pre-existing conditions. So...where's the list? Here it is! There's a few more than you thought, isn't there? Some of these may not apply in all states or be used by all insurance companies.

P.S. I wonder how many potential policy holders ever suffered from Acne? That would be all it takes to deny claims. Insurance companies wouldn't do that, would they? You wanna' bet!
