I'll bet you didn't know that every day now (24/7) Billy and the OEA know exactly what the current vote tally is....AND YOU AND I DON'T! Is this fair???

Here is a section from one of the pages of the signed contract Election Services Company of Melville, NY signed with STRS. Former STRS Executive Director Michael Nehf signed this multi-year contract several years ago before Billy became Exec. Director!

So.....if Billy looks a little depressed before the results of the election are officially released it's because he's known the vote count all along!
