Tom:

We had expected the results to be presented at the November or December meeting. At the November meeting, Kim Nicholl of Buck Consultants indicated that the analysis had taken longer than expected, but that it would be ready for the December meeting. However, at the November meeting, some board members posed some additional issues for the study, so it may not be until the January meeting. The agenda timing will have to be worked out with the Board chair and the consultant to see what is the best time.

Hello Damon,

This is a follow up request for an update to your email response to me of August 29, 2005. This was concerning the presentation of the study to have been completed this fall by Buck Consultants to determine the effects of SB190 on our retirement system after 5 years of being in force. Where does this stand at this time? Has the study been completd? When will it be presented. I would assume it will be presented at the December board meeting, as you stated it would be done and presented this fall to the board and it has yet to be presented.

I will thank you in advance for your very timely response.

Take care,
Tom Curtis
