The wisdom of RH Jones: A Definition of Criminal Activity

Subject: A Definition of Criminal Activity

To all:

Some of you may recall that a few years ago, when we began to form our CORE group, I sent out this message concerning some unsavory activities of our STRS OH:
To suppress, to deny, to obfuscate, to explain away, is a model for criminal activity. Since then, although justice has been slow, some of the culprits have been indicted while others have been exposed and disgraced for their conduct.

Although some of the sentences have been light, that is no guarantee of future light sentences. Americans, and especially Ohioans, are tiring of rampant white collar crime and are in no mood to elect or to keep lenient judges. It is hoped that all the present STRS employees, and board members, are wise enough to take notice; and, therefore, will serve openly, admittedly, in clarity, and in a creditable law abiding manner for the sole benefit of the members.

In fond remembrance of those who taught us all to read
[and think and take action -- KB],
