No -- the prosecution was initiated in a timely manner and the continuances will not have that effect. As for the new date, 10:30 in courtroom 15A (Judge Maynard has moved his courtroom). Lara

Hello Ms. Baker,

Sorry to bother you again, but is there any possibility that the statue of limitations can lapse because of these continued postponements?

Re Sidaway Trial Date

Hello Ms. Baker,

Thank you for your message, as many in the area had planned on attending tomorrow.

Can you further tell me where and what time on February 14th it has been rescheduled for? I will then pass this along to others.

Thank you in advance, Tom Curtis CORE Advisory Committee Member

Mr Curtis;

Just to keep you up to date on the Sidaway matter – the case is going to be continued for trial to be had on February 14th. This was due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict on the part of the defense. I thought you would want to know.
