I reserved the room for you last week. I had a feeling you might want to meet this month since you had requested petitions for candidates. We'll take care of the room setup as well.

May we have the Sublett Rm for 1/19 ? We request the front 1/2 of the room with a microphone, please. Also, we will need a long table for the 4 candidates to sit with chairs. We need chairs set up in the front 1/2 of the room. We are holding a Meet the Candidates Session to decide on CORE endorsements.

4 candidates have asked to meet with us. The 2 OFT candidates will be introduced by Tom Mooney. Prof. Hall will be introduced by Tom Curtis. Mark Meuser of OEA, Local Assoc. Pres. wishes to speak with us.

There will be introductions, brief statements and ques./ans. portion. A microphone will help and a table and chairs for the candidates to sit facing attendees.

This portion is open and all are welcome. We had planned on 3 candidates but a 4th made a recent request so time will be limited.
