Agree Conni, BUT, one must have all facts to make informed decisions and make sure who they can trust when rumors started for political reasons abound currently! If one has background, they may be able to view things more objectively vs. organizationally.
We are ALL concerned about the future and it's hard to get there when you and Bob try to shut down legitimate motions and concerns of others not to your liking. With all the facts, you can make an informed decision on how trustworthy some are and it might make you look at others a little differently-as comrades, not foes. NO ONE CARES MORE ABOUT RETIRESS -- CURRENT OR FUTURE -- THAN LEONE AND LAZARES, yet your behavior is denying of all they stand for. Hence, the reason I sent you information as to why so many STRS membership respect them all over the state.
Listen and work out dialogue, consider all points and delve deeply into all issues as you say yourself, you need help understanding so it is a puzzle why you try to shut down those who know more, been involved longer and worked on boards for decades. THAT IS: if you are so concerned about us.
We want to get at the future too! Stop trying to control it and consider views other than yours!

Tom, I vote on the issues facing the system as we to move into the future. Those are the issues the people I talk to are concerned about. Conni
