Regarding STRS credit cards, would you please provide me with the following information:

1. Who has had credit cards in the past three years (both Board and non-Board members)?

2. What cards did each person have? How long did they have them?

3. Why did some Board members have cards and not others, and why was this kept secret from those who did not have them and from the membership?

4. What charges were made on the cards for the past year, and who made them?

5. Whose idea was it to provide Board members with credit cards, and who authorized them?

6. Why weren't the cards turned in before Dennis Leone called attention to them?
