Subject: Still on 2007 health care questions

Dear Ms. Knoesel:

I have asked 3 times for the staff benefits and premiums. Now I am again asking for a less vague list of the premiums for 2007 and A LIST OF THE STAFF HEALTH CARE BENEFITS FOR 2007.
The little 2 inch high chart I received was very vague and confusing. Do the staff for 2007 have a choice of a no deductible policy or one with a deductible. What is that deductible? Is that deductible for each person on that policy? Do staff still get family dental free? Does the staff have single, employee and spouse, employee and children, and family as choices for 2007? Please send information that will clear up these concerns.

P.S. Thanks for having the preventive services list sent to me, but it was too late to help in making a decision of plans for 2007 since the open period ended Nov. 22.
