What a piece of ---- !! I sure hope Strickland will veto it if it comes up. Unless Robert the Daft gets it before he leaves office. This is proof positive that they want to destroy STRS and the other public retirement systems in favor of individual private investment for teachers. It is easier to take advantage of teachers one at a time than a group who have a common interest. Isn't it an ethics violation for someone like Blaisdel to propose something like this when it will obviously benefit him personally? Oh! I forgot -- this is Ohio, isn't it? The term "thick as thieves" comes to mind. Taft probably likes the idea. Guess they know their time is up and have given up on being disingenuous.
