Dear Senator Miller,
I urge you to support Governor Strickland's plan to end Ohio's EdChoice private school voucher program and make sure that public money goes to public schools.
In order for Ohio to succeed in the 21st century, we need to make sure that every child gets an excellent education. We should be putting resources towards proven reforms like smaller class sizes, improved teacher training, and school-community partnerships.
Taxpayer money shouldn't be going to unaccountable private and religious schools. It should be going to schools designed to serve all of Ohio's children. I urge you to stop funding Ohio's EdChoice program and fund public schools to make sure that all children in Ohio get the education they deserve.
Sincerely,
John Curry
A concerned Ohio educator and taxpayer
