I TOLD YOU SO!!! I TOLD YOU ALL THAT THE STATES ARE OVERSTEPPING THEIR AUTHORITY UNDER THE U.S. CONSTITUTION. I STUDIED CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND I OFFERED TO PROVIDE REMEDIAL INSTRUCTION TO OHIO'S ILLITERATE LAWMAKERS!!!
SEND THIS TO JON HUSTED AND THE OTHER IGNORANT BULLIES IN COLUMBUS!! NICE TRY, JON! READ WHAT I WROTE IN THE EARLIER E-MAIL ABOUT "SEPARATION OF POWERS." FOREIGN POLICY IS STRICTLY UNDER THE DOMAIN OF THE PRESIDENT, EXECUTIVE BRANCH, AND CONGRESS, THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH. INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE AND TRADE FALLS UNDER THE SAME JURISDICTION AS JUDGE KENNELLY HAS CORRECTLY RULED.
IDIOTS ONE AND ALL! I STILL BELIEVE THEY HAVE OVERSTEPPED THEIR AUTHORITY UNDER THE CONSTITUTION! ALL OF THE STATES THAT HAVE ENACTED THIS TERRIBLE PIECE OF GARBAGE NEED TO BE TAKEN BEFORE THE FEDERAL COURTS. THE LEADERS OF OUR PENSION FUNDS WOULD BE WISE TO CONSULT WITH SOME OF US WHO HAVE STUDIED THESE AREAS OF LAW. OH! I'M SORRY! I KEEP FORGETTING THAT WE'RE JUST A BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED, AND IGNORANT KNOW NOTHINGS!
I LEARNED THIS ASPECT OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AT GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY! IT ISN'T OFFERED IN MOST EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUMS FOR EDUCATION MAJORS. THE SAME WILL APPLY TO IRAN AND SUDAN IN OUR CASE. IF I HAD ANY EXTRA CASH I WOULD PLACE A BIG BET ON THIS PUPPY! SOMEBODY FROM OUR PENSION FUNDS NEED TO CONTACT THE "NATIONAL FOREIGN TRADE COUNCIL," AND MR. REINSCH.
I ENCOURAGE THAT WE DO THE SAME AS ILLINOIS. SOMEONE PLEASE SEND THIS TO DAMON. EVERY TIME I SEND HIM E-MAIL IT COMES BACK.
