John Lazares said at the Board Retreat that he also writes notes of praise to the Staff. Many of us are in contact with Dept Heads and their Ass'ts and compliment them. Hopefully that trickles down to all staff but we understand not all hear what we say. We hope this writer will convey our praise of STRS Staff. We understand that change affects all staff and please remember as Kathie indicates, WE have been catastrophically affected retiring with no advance notice of the untenable increases to our HC with no such increases in pensions to pay for them. Thank you for voicing your concerns. Well taken.
