Paul Boyer is honored with a special service/appreciation award presented by surprise guest Dennis Leone at Allen County RTA meeting 10/06/05 as Pres. George Doyle looks on. Addressing the Allen County RTA that day, and also publicly at an STRS Board meeting, Dr. Leone, "in the spirit of the USA, Iraq and President Bush," referred to Paul Boyer as "A Weapon of Mass Information." Paul always cherished that moniker, along with his favorite, also bestowed by Dennis (on his inaugural day as an STRS Board member, 9/15/05): "Core of CORE."
