Subject: Board Adjustments to Investment Staff Bonus Plan

I just received the OEA-R Newsline and read the article about the Adjustments Made to the Staff Bonus Plan, I don't believe there should be any adjustment other than to remove it completely until the investment market settles down. After receiving the figures on the 2008 salary scale for the STAFF, I believe some adjustments need to be made here. My God, people, you are paying most of these people more money than you ever got during you teaching career in any year, even if you were a superintendent or a principal. These people should be happy they have a job with such a beneficial group of people they ever have seen, that is the teachers and school Boards who give them their money.
