Bob...a campaign promise...you would vote against the bonus plan but you would vote FOR paying the associated bonuses?

Bob...please explain to your electorate your reasons re. your recent "yes" vote to pay the 3+ million dollars in bonuses. Above is a link to your website where you stated your position on the payment of bonuses prior to your election.

If the reason was that the investment staff threatened a lawsuit if they weren't given their bonuses then....we will understand. After all..it wouldn't be the first time STRS associates filed a class action lawsuit against STRS. If it was something else we will also listen. Above all...we deserve a public explanation.
