STRS, Express Scripts and a word of caution....check your order billing

This came to me from a fellow CORE member:

Just a word of caution to anyone ordering pills online. Express Scripts is having problems - I ordered to sets of pills at $9 each and the bill came to $72! I called Customer Service, spoke with an Advocate who assured me I would be billed $18 and not $72. Also called Web Support to let them know, and he said they are having "issues", and that some of the bills were actually reflecting the full amount including the STRS pickup! Just be sure to check your bill to see that it comes out to what you expect. If you wish to call Web Support- the number is: 1-877-852-4060. They open at 7:00 a.m. Central Time; don't know how long they are open.
