I feel the ones who misused the money should be held accountable; otherwise we sue ourselves: our system pays it and even if this is an account for such, it takes money we'd want used for better HC; and folks like to say there is insurance but rates go up after large payouts. Why should an entire system pay for what some did for themselves. I have always felt this way as I think it comes back on us.

REMEMBER: the Exec Direc., Freel, at OEC said TO US AT A CORE MEETING they DID NOT find the caliber of offenses that they did at Fire and Police. They DID NOT find criminal violations and cannot charge what they cannot prove regardless of what we think may have occurred. Lara Baker has told us the same countless times.

We need focus on HC or you will find 2007 more painful than we have thus far experienced with Catastrophic Coverage only and a minimum of $1500 deduc. each.

The 5 OEA BAD BOYS AND GIRLS did not take enough that HC was affected; they ARE guilty of no long term planning or securing a stream of revenue but that is not a crime, unfortunately.
