A comment from Ralph Lloyd re: Judith Fisher

Ms. Fisher was a big wheel with the Bank and therefore probably had lots of money and made a big donation to the Taft campaign, ala Noe.
We need to be very careful who we accept as board members based strickly on what they are in the higharchy of life. Just because they are a high mucky-t-muck in society does not make them a good Board member. This is the same problem that some Private Volunteer Departments have, they make the guy chief just because he is popular with the crowd, and he must maintain that popularity to remain as chief.
I am quite familiar with how that occurs.
