Dear Linda,

There is a technical difference in the use of our money. It is not our contributions but the earnings on the contribution used for perks and such benefits. That makes no difference, just a technical point.

For ex: How would Mike Nehf feel if his broker decided to use the earnings on his contributions for his personal finances to pay for a vacation? After all, it wouldn't pay for Mike's new house anyway so why not use a bit for personal perks?
