Subject: Critical August STRS Board Meeting

Please plan to attend this critical Board meeting for retirees! COLAS are in the mix for the discussion of reductions for STRS at the August Board meeting. There will be finalization of discussion with motions to be voted on for presentation to the ORSC in early September, 2009. COLAS is one topic. WRITE AND CALL STRS WITH YOUR THOUGHTS BEFORE THIS CRITICAL MEETING!!!!

Please plan to attend in force to show STRS that retirees matter. You can sign up to speak to the Board on Thurs. as well though they limit the numbers and the time.
