I can assure you that most membership with family paying 100% of HC premiums, there is little trust. You know numbers can be swayed and used for certain purposes. At any rate, generally the ones pleased are single or with low HC costs.

Mark, it is unacceptable to not know what is in a contract whether budgets approved it or not. Look them over so we KNOW slipped in items are not a factor. This is a public pension system and dollars count to each of us bearing the burden of saving it for others with our untenable costs.
