Subject: Blog/email clarification due to change

Dave Parshall has had new info since he wrote his minutes re: Damon/CORE. When he met, Damon complied with his request to provide records for credit cards. Since then, John Curry who made a formal request for these records as well rec'd a letter from Neville, STRS attorney, stating they may not have to comply.

Dave said this changes everything and is writing Damon asking for him to fulfill his consent. Curry has stated he will is taking steps if records are not produced.

Therefore, [this section of] the minutes of the Damon/CORE meeting [has] been pulled from the blog and this statement is being issued as to why. Dave was willing to give Damon a bit of time to produce records and see IF all was on up and up.

Dave will be joining Tom Mooney, Dennis Leone and John Lazares and Mary Ellen Angeletti for monthly meetings to confer on important issues prior to meetings at the request of all of them to ensure that all info is presented as Dave has asked for all important issues to be directed to him for his information to be fully comprehensive in all matters important to membership. All these individuals want to present a common ground to progress for membership.
