A note from CORE President Dave Parshall....there NEVER WAS A STUDY

Regarding a study of the 88% rule and its cost, CORE made a second records request in late 2008. This request was made because of conflicting statements from STRS personnel. CORE president Dave Parshall and other officers met with Mr. Nehf and finally got the truth. There never was a study and it was never done by July of 2008 as we had been told for years. The results of the meeting were sent out in the minutes of CORE and discussed at several monthly meetings. It is important to read our minutes.
