Shirlee Zerkel: A question for Damon re: deductibles and co-pays

Damon:

I received your flyer today, Sept. 12. It states that the basic plan and Medical Mutual might be our better choices, but where are the changes to our benefits mentioned, such as deductibles and co-pays? Nowhere in the flyer!

An article published in August quoted Lara as stating that changes in deductibles and co-pay is what helped keep premiums down, so I realize that means deductibles and co-pays will be up. How much higher are they? We retirees need to know!
