Subject: Conni Ramser; Puckett; State Super. Zelman
Dear All,
It is terribly sad to have to ask you to write to Conni, State Super Zelman regarding Puckett copying to Puckett. It is terribly sad to have to continue to point out bad behavior and lack of empathy or understanding for membership. But, sad, tho it is, John Lazares and Dennis Leone have it much sadder each month fighting tooth and nail for each bit of progress and it has to be very wearing to just get this board to hear them on the simplest of things such as 6 months getting them to FINALLY vote to approve no document, no vote!
Lazares has asked us several times to write Zelman about Puckett and his lack of any collaboration. Ramser continually undermine Leone at EVERY CHANCE! She will not back off and will not relent changing agendas now to take our support out of the picture and so she can get her way behind closed doors by insisting on Damon's contract even though it was not on the agenda. SHE KNEW if we witnessed this , she would be made to feel on the spot. So, she took us out of it. She has denied Leone the right to speak, to make motions, to discuss resolutions he wanted to present, thrown hissy fits in front of membership when she did not get her way, lied to me and misled other members on agenda items, etc. Conni has botched Robert's Rules of Order as stated by several attendees.
PLEASE write, email and address Ramser on these issues! If you feel it is appropriate, ask for her resignation. She is not informed or knowledgeable and inexperienced and it shows!

She removes herself, does not hear us or respond and keeps a rep on the board whom we have asked to be removed for 3 yrs. His behavior is unchanged, unmotivated and uninspiring with regard to representing educators or education on this board. The mentality of old board techniques of which he was part, such as keeping his credit card, is too entrenched for change evidently.
Puckett is an embarrassment and Zelman too removed to even know it or to understand how this reflects on her and what opinion we now hold of her as a result for her lack of attention to this issue and to membership.

We have the choice to go on a campaign to hammer then and inundate them with emails or just let these two continue to enjoy ignoring us.
Write daily, get others - all others - to write and be heard. Talk to media, every educator you know to write and call and ask them to get those they know to do so and so on.
They can ignore me who has written endlessly regarding this but they can't ignore a campaign to get rid of these two. PLEASE WRITE: EMAIL AND CALL AND KEEP ON UNTIL WE RID OURSELVES OF THE LAST 2 WHO REALLY STAND IN THE WAY AND I GUARANTEE YOU DO WHAT THEY CAN TO INFLUENCE OTHERS ON THE BOARD! ESP CONNI WHEN IT COMES VOTE TIME!
PLEASE TAKE 2 MIN DAILY TO CONTACT THEM AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL TOO!
They are shameful! Lazares says they don't even listen to them and THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO MEMBERSHIP!
